Booking and stay data: name, email, phone, nationality/country, arrival and departure dates, party size, room, payment method chosen, special requests, and messages you send us (including WhatsApp). Website analytics: page paths, referrer domain, browser language, device class, browser family, country code when our host provides it, an anonymous per-tab session identifier, time on page, tap positions and scroll depth. We keep only a minimal security log that may include your IP address for fraud prevention, we set no advertising cookies, and we honour your browser's Do-Not-Track signal and the consent choice on the site, if you decline, behaviour analytics are not recorded.
To handle and perform your booking (contract); to meet Moroccan legal obligations of accommodation providers, including guest registration submitted to the local authorities and collection of the municipal tourist taxes; to reply to enquiries and send stay-related messages (legitimate interest / contract); to send occasional offers to past guests, which you can stop at any time with one message (legitimate interest, with opt-out); and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it (consent / legitimate interest in anonymous form).
We share data only where necessary: with Booking.com when your reservation is made through that platform; with our hosting provider, which stores this website's data; with payment providers when you choose PayPal or a bank transfer; and with Moroccan authorities where the law requires (guest registration, tax). We never sell personal data.
Booking records are kept for the periods required by Moroccan accounting and tourism regulations, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is anonymous by design and kept in aggregate. Marketing contact details are removed on request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to marketing, and withdraw consent at any time, write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days. EEA/UK guests additionally hold the GDPR rights to restriction and portability and may complain to their local supervisory authority; guests in Morocco may address the CNDP (cndp.ma).
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our hosting provider's servers with access limited to villa management. Where data is processed outside your country, we rely on the contract with you and appropriate safeguards of our providers.
